To book and reserve your date, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit of the full venue price and a signed contract.
Access times vary with each package. Access to The Hatton will be given at the contracted time but no earlier than 8 AM. Due to city ordinances, events and music must end by 10 PM. Teardown and cleanup must be complete by 11 PM.
Yes, staff will be available the day of your event.
The Hatton can host events up to 200 guests.
Yes, parking is available in the side lot on the south side of the church. Street parking is also available and neighboring Mound Park has parking lots available.
Based upon availability on the event schedule, you are permitted to have a rehearsal before your wedding for an additional fee.
The Hatton is a blank slate perfect for customizing to your preferences. We do offer wedding styling and planning for an additional fee. Please inquire for more information. Please note the use of open flame, glitter, and confetti, are not allowed. Tables, chairs, table linens, and place settings are included in your rental.
Yes, microphones, a projector and screen are available.
Yes, you are allowed to bring outside vendors. All vendors are required to provide insurance documentation prior to any event.
